Found a guy in Royce city Tx with a complete flareside parts truck. No engine but judgeing by the pictures the bed look in good shape and is complete. Hes asking $400 for the entire bed which I didnt feel is terrible. Im tempted to buy it however I have an extra set of fenders. All I really want is the tailgate and side/front panels.

Judging by the interest in finding the fenders, you should be able to sell those easily. But I'll let the Flareside owners voice their opinions.

Yeah the fenders are kinda gold to us flareside guys since no one makes reproductions.

If it is a floor shift, I need some column parts.

Dennis Carpenter "MIGHT" still be selling NOS Flareside right and left steel sidewalls for the '80 to '87. They found about 30 sets.
Rembrant and I both purchased a set (a right and left) as "emergency" spares. But yes, the fiberglass rear fenders and worth getting.... Buy the way, F-350 Dually fiberglass fenders do not fit a Flareside..
