3d Printed vacuum valves

I don't have a 3d printer yet but I was thinking.

A lot of those hard to get little parts that hang out on our vacuum lines may be able to be 3d printed then epoxied or press fit together.

Now we just need to cut one open and see if can be done.

It would take a bit of work. The 3D printers don't leave a smooth surface, so the valve won't seal w/o smoothing the parts. Perhaps lapping them together?
