Catalog says EOTZ 7336-A fits 80/87 F100/350 w/a 3-speed tranny. And it is a SLEEVE (TRANSMISSION LOW and REVERSE LEVER TO HIGH and INTERMEDIATE LEVER).

I would say somewhat, yes. They're for three speed manual, correct? They mention two levers, which would be three-on-the-tree 3spd, and not auto trans 3spd (with one lever).

I bought a set of them on Ebay back when I rebuilt my 3-on-the-tree steering column. You can see below where it sandwiches between the two levers in my before and after pics.
