Well, they are right - that's a very rare color. In fact, I suspect it is a special order for the Forestry Service. Not my favorite, but the truck sure looks straight.
As for the price, it is kind of steep but may be well worth it. Looks like the tires are in good shape, it appears to have new springs and a lift kit, and new exhaust. A 351W and E4OD would be a reasonable combo for cruising.
