I've been looking for a set of these wheels for a couple of months. I finally found a set near Memphis in immaculate condition. The tires need replacing, however, they'll at least get it to the shop whenever I get around to putting some new tires on.

Restored 2019-2022.
Nicknamed «Big Brother 1984», due to its soooo-looong shape & nod to George Orwell's 1984 famous novel.
Nothing like a set of shinies to refresh the look!
I did the same a couple years back, and am still impressed how dang light aluminum is compared to the steel wheels they replaced..

Just curious about the trim on the bottom of your 85? do you think you ever had the standard chrome trim, I cannot tell from your photos is it just paint or is there actual molding on the lower body section. My truck is essentially the exact opposite color pattern as yours. You have a gorgeous truck!
I don’t think there was ever any trim on this truck. If there were, it was probably removed early in its life. I have reason to believe it was involved in a front end collision when it was much newer.
