Part number was E6TZ-10519A64-J. And, to answer a question that might arise, the only roof consoles in the catalog were for the A, B, and R vehicles. Not our beloved pickups.

That is for a Ranger/Bronco II. In late 1986 they offered an electronic shift transfer case option, and the buttons to shift it were in that overhead console:
