A TH400????? Why!?!? That's basically the same thing as a C6 - a heavy-duty 3-speed auto with no OD and no lockup torque converter. I don't see any advantage in doing a swap like that, and lots of disadvantages.
Oh well, it isn't my cup of tea anyway. At that price I would want a Bronco I can drive anywhere, and that one won't have street manners.
