1986 F350 Crew Cab Dually Centurian Conversion?

I don't know much about these things, but this is a Centurian conversion isn't it? (With all the wood inside?).

Body looks to be nice and straight on it. I don't know the market for these things, but $4950 seems like a decent deal for what it is.
