It certainly is nice, but I think we need a first-hand, eye-witness report. Shaun, this appears to be in your back yard. Is it worth $40k?

They must be keeping that thing inside because I pass by that place every single day and have yet to see it.
I personally wouldn't pay $40k for it, but maybe $20k max. |

If somebody was legitimately interested in buying it, I would gladly stop by and check it out for them if my schedule lines up with theirs.
Carfax looks interesting. https://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistory/ar20/HjZ-FjmR6fxcKj3hqnqwlI9fTivZ4DTPPTHyXagJfYUvNDy__JbZQ-QYfskQ6OQ10ycUn3Tr5Ne2s69T6cb9oQ1duvJ2SbbwxsE |

For that price I'd certainly have it checked out after reading that Carfax.

My thoughts exactly. We all know how well the frame horns bend on these trucks.

If it was that extensive of a resto, how to detect and Flood damage (if any)...

Potential flood damage could be a big concern, but if the thing has been restored (mostly), I don't think there'd be much evidence of it, if any at all. It looks like it's just a warning that hey, this vehicle was registered in Alabama during Hurricane Katrina. It looks like it was a one owner vehicle for 30 years, and during that time it was registered in or near Tuscaloosa, 200 miles from the coast. When it was first sold in 2016, it was registered in Echola which is 20 miles further northwest. It only arrived in Florida recently. Maybe one of the Alabama guys on here can tell us how bad Katrina was 200 miles inland, but I'm guessing that on the Carfax it's just a vague warning. It's kinda cool that they do that actually. If it was flooded, at least it wasn't salt water...lol, not 200 miles from the Gulf at least.

I'm out...lol. That $38,900 USD would work out to around $52,000 CDN for me, and then I'd have to pay 15% tax to register it, which would make it $59,800 CDN. Plates and title transfer would be another couple hundred bucks...lol, so for me it's a $60,000 Bronco. It IS Gorgeous though, as Bronco's go. I'd love to have it.

Who knows what lurks under all the lipstick and make-up, I got the pillar ID and it was originally Blue and Desert Tan. no big deal but when I asked, they did not know who/where the body work/paint was done.

I saw the truck at Subway a few miles down the road from them, so they trust it enough to drive it down there.
Also, there's TWO Broncos on their property. The other one is also a bullnose Bronco, but it is red and white in color. Not sure why it isn't on the website, but you can see part of it in the picture of the engine bay on this Bronco. I feel like they probably took it in on trade and have no idea what has been done to it. |

Ron, I see it is now listed for sale in Boston...lol. https://boston.craigslist.org/nos/cto/d/haverhill-1986-ford-bronco/7068173088.html We'll have to wait and see if Shaun can confirm if it's still in Florida or not. This isn't unusual...since my searches start out from New England, I've seen a lot of people buy southern vehicles and then they'll often pop up for sale again in the Northeast.
