Four Door, 1985 F-350 Dually.  Decoding the vin it looks like it has a 460. Yeah, I can understand the hesitation with bill of sale only, especially if you are out of state.  In-state, I think the vehicle is old enough where only a bill of sale is required to register it, but it would certainly be unfortunate to find out otherwise.
