Nice truck, but no A/C is a deal breaker.  However, it has power windows and door locks, which is a strange combo.

In the engine compartment I see a fuel filter and pressure regulator that makes me wonder why.  A non-A/C truck probably wouldn't have had the hot-fuel package, although that's not for sure, and the Holley wouldn't mind a bit more pressure.

It still has the blue-grommet DS-II module and original jack.  Plus it has a siren for a security system as well as air horns.  And a hot-air air cleaner.

But what's this about "upgrading to F350 suspension"?  From my research an 8600 GVWR truck, which is what this one is, came with the same springs an F350 would have had.

And why does it look like there's a catalytic converter delete pipe in the exhaust?  I wouldn't have thought an 8600 GVWR F250 would have had a cat.  Unless it was sold in CA?  But no, it was from the Chicago DSO.

I used to disagree with this, but the older I get, the more I prefer to have the option, even if I don't use it often. It would be a deal breaker for me as well.

If the truck is to drive once a month 2 miles into town for a show, not having A/C might not be an issue in southern states.  But I want to be able to drive my trucks whenever I want to and to wherever I want to go.  And that means driving times of several hours at a time - which is so much more comfortable when the windows are closed.

Funny how that works! Same here, deal breaker.

Also, I didn't necessarily want power windows and door locks on a truck. But, after having them, I want all the options!

And it has the Hi Output heater...must have been meant for a cold climate.

I wonder what the heater core lines are tee'd off to on the front of the truck? They do that up north sometimes and use quick couplers to pre-heat other vehicles.

Looks like there's a couple aux coolers in front of the rad too.

Yep. I have power options in both of my Rangers and both are considered fully optioned. My F350 is manual windows and locks and I'll leave it that way, but it'll definitely feel weird compared to my daily drivers.

Big Blue has power locks, but not windows.  And the locks have no inside switches.  They are controlled via the security system and the key fob.  Simple, but effective.
