1983 F150 super cab long bed on government auction in VA

I don't see many bullnoses come up on government auction.  I like the brown color, but it looks like it was originally white, and it has a later bed on it.  Some rust in the wheel wells is starting to bubble too.  It's already at $3,000 and the reserve is not met.
