The ad is 2 months old, but still up.  Looks very cool, and even has a manual trans.  $20,000.  For future reference, the ad says:

"1980 Ford Bronco was built in Mexico, has a clean Texas title, new clutch, brand new brake system, new power steering pump, new tires, mechanically it is the same as a ford f150, runs great."

Interesting!

First I thought «this is the ancestor of the Centurion Classic», which is built from a Crew Cab.
Then I realized that the cab part is really different.

I am wondering, what's that truck, a customized ambulance?

It’s been a while since I read up on these, but Ford in South America (maybe Argentina?) and also Mexico had these 3 door broncos starting in the late 70s.  They’re pretty neat. You see a few pop up for sale in the US every now and then.

Not too far from me, and I saw that one! Really cool !!

Probably a direct competitor to the old suburban that Ford may have had a chance to capitalize on.

I believe this is a Ford B-150. It came in passenger and van configurations, which probably explains the weird door.

Very interesting!
I didn't know about the F-"B"-Series, now I do, thanks!

Looking over the web to know more about these trucks, I noticed something strange and I am wondering if they all had a rear door on the passenger side only.

I picked these pictures as example on this link.

The more common B-Series "SUVs" appear to be the B100 which is a dentside body, also with no door behind the driver.

There is an excellent article here, about the B100.

Very instructive.

Thanks y'all, I'm happy to know now about these trucks!
