That one looks like it has been WELL used, and then put away wet. Salt wet. It would take a lot of work to get it in shape, but those are nice trucks.
My observation is that you need to envision what the end result is going to look like and then spend the money to buy one in that condition, or close thereunto. It will cost less in the long run. So if you want a really nice, fairly stock, driver, buy one like that. But, if you are looking to radically change something then start with one that needs lots of work.
