The "Bullnose" steering wheels was introduced for the 1978 model of F-series, Bronco.

That same molded steering wheel was used in a lot of cars in the early 1970's as well as the Econoline van, in a variety of different colors.

The horn pad looks like it belongs in a late 80's Econoline. Probably E7UZ-13A805-A, which replaced D9TZ-13A805-A.

The "Dentside" steering wheel was introduced for the 1971 model of F-series and lasted until the 77 model year.
