15 inch white-painted steel wheels

Hey all!
New to the forum and just bought my first bullnose.

I am looking to buy 4 of these wheels off of someone.  The reproduction white steel wheels don't have the pre-drilled holes for the factory center caps and I want to keep it looking as stock as possible and already have the center caps for it also.
